On Listserv 1.8d, is there a way that the Listserv administrator can set a
Listserv password for a particular address? I am thinking of something
along the lines of:

pw add xxxx for address

which I cannot seem to get to work. The address in question is an alias so
its not possible to actually originate this request from the address. The
attempts I have made at spoofing the address don't seem to work either.
