Hello folks,
 
I found some old mail queue entries and rather than delete them,
decided to let sendmail run its course and accept the "old mail"
responses.  Well, it appears one such deferred message found its
way to LSTSRV-L.
 
Sorry for the confusion (and Eric, thanks for answering :)   .
