I had studiously ignored the case handling discussion of a few weeks ago,
but now the problem has hit home. Since the installation of 1.5k,
LISTSERV doesn't always convert the address it gets from node TAURUS, a
local UNIX machine, to uppercase:

And then the grossest indignity:

 * You had ten tries. From now on your requests will be ignored without any repl

 * You can restore your access to LISTSERV by having another person issue t

 * following command: TELL USERID at TAUNIVM SERVE LISTSERV@TAUNIVM

 unsuccessful commands.

I just noticed today that the same problem has occurred with another UNIX
machine.

Am I the only one with this problem? Is this what I get for allowing remote
installation?
