How does one go about making a Listserv list a "digest oriented" list,
in other words, how can I make Listserv accumulate mail items for one list
until a sufficient number has been gathered, and then send it out in one
large mail file?
 
Are there any CMS tools that would make it easier for a list owner to
moderate a "digestible list", i.e. move mail items around within his NOTEBOOK
and send most or all of them out in one digest ?  (Just in case we want to
institute a moderator).
