We have several lists (most notably i-kermit, ibmpc-l, sas-l, and info-vax)
that have peers on vtvm1, vtvm2, and several other sites.  As vtvm2
is in the process of being decomissioned, we have to migrate all these
to vtvm1.  Does anybody have a good 'cookbook' approach to doing this?
