lsv_amin is being invoked, so the aliases are set somewhat OK.

I'm willing to bet this is either:
1) lsv_amin isn't set-UID to the Listserv userid
2) either $lsvroot or $lsvspool is either set incorrectly and points
to a non-existent directory. This can also happen if the lsv process
itself and lsv_amin have conflicting ideas of what these 2 variables are.
3) the directories exist, but with the wrong ownership/permissions.
