Can someone tell me how to set things up so that when someone TELLs
LISTSERV@ALBNYVM1 GET BLABLA EXEC, the event is logged, showing the
fileid and the requestor?  Eric mentioned something about FAVE, but
a search for "FAVE" both in LISTSERV 191 and in LDBASE LSTSRV-L yields
nothing useful that I could see.  I did determine that appending
"LOGIT" to the file's entry in the FILEID file caused LOGIT EXEC to
be executed, but none of the desired information was passed to LOGIT.
