I, and a couple of other list owners, have run into problems using
SEND= Private.  It seems that any user with a userid longer than 8
characters or any user on a VAX cluster doesn't match up with what's
in the LIST file.  How should their userid's appear in the LIST file
so they'll match?  What is checked when matching the userids?  Has
anyone had, and successfully fixed, this problem?  Help!!!!  ;-)
