We are running Listserv 1.8a on a VM/ESA 1.2.0 system.  One of my list
owners was able to subscribe the same user twice by simply varying the
case of the userid.  Listserv deleted both entries with one deletion
request.  My question is this a bug or a feature of 1.8a?  Thanks in
advance for any comments.
