'wa' processes are usually short-lived: as a CGI program, it services a
web request, then exits. My WAG would be that the segfaults happen when
some bot or spider submits garbage characters to a wa-serviced form (like
a bogus search request). If you wanted to debug it, you could audit the
web server logs, and/or turn on core files and look at the tracebacks.
