- A file may  pass LSV$GETQ and not  be actually sent only if  there is a
  'system error', eg error 3 reading DISK MODULE, out of storage, etc.
 
- Files may, however, be sent without going through LSV$GETQ. For example
  if you  do a LIST DETAILED  or a REVIEW,  you'll get a file  without it
  going through LSV$GETQ.
