I tried a subscription to EXOTIC-L from psuvm.psu.edu.  I
was able to "force" an unfinished DIGEST distribution, but
did NOT receive one automatically at one minute to mid-nite
<.PL> time.  (I don't know if my default DUALHDR option
interacted, but I am replacing mine with SHORT.)
 
In searching the LSTOWN-L and LSTSRV-L archives related to
DIGEST distribution, I did not see any reference to any
LISTSERV global parameters such as WAKEPARM.  Are there
any?
