We are considering what to do with spam.  Don't currently run 
SpamAssasin on our listserv node.  We do scan for spam on our 
production mail system but only score the mail.  The user can than 
filter on our score if they choose to.

In listserv, would there be any way to bounce the spam for a local 
person but throw it away for an external source.  Something like

If From contains psu.edu then set Bounce_spam=1
else set Bounce_spam=0.

Or perhaps give a friendly message for a local person and a terse message for an external site.
