INNOSOFT, the vendor of PMDF, has written software called MAILSERV,
which is similar to the VM based LISTSERV.   The software is part of the
PMDF package for Vax systems.

From what I have read is some preliminary documention on the code,
the software does NOT have all of the bells and whistles that LISTSERV
has.
