I  think you  are  right in  everything you  say.  I considered  setting
REXXCOMP to NAD-only, but invisioned  many complaints coming into my RDR
and quickly set it to ALL. :-) My reasons for doing so are:
      - the package is "public domain"
      - the package is small
      - the package can cause no harm
