Hi,

I have joined this new company where they are using ListServ as solution to manage lists used for email distribution. The more I read about listserv, the more I like it. However, I have two challenges at this time.

1. ListServ used is 14.6 which is really too old
2. The admin who set this up, is no longer available and I don't know how to get admin access to myself. I have access to login to the server on which this app is being run

I need to get admin access first and then I can think of upgrading to the current version. Could anyone of you, please help me in setting up admin rights to myself? is there a way to do it?
