IGNORE is for VM  only and is meant to be used  for servers like DIRMAINT
or  VMUTIL that  positively can  only send  you unsolicited,  non-command
messages. It  doesn't accept wildcards.  FILTER_ALSO doesn't go  into the
bit-bucket, instead an error message is sent to the sender.
