I created an HTML template, basically a web page (below an example of
today's)

as soon as I was told I could send to list from browser. With my backround,
was much easier for me to do and understand.
So, I store the template/web page on our server. I access it thru ftp
program (using CuteFTP)every day. I download it to my computer. Once on my
computer, I use an html editor (using Frontpage..webmasters say editor for
dummies/html newbies..and that is what I am..so works fine for me). I add
the text, make changes on my tables there, save and upload again. Now it is
ready to be sent.
I open my Internet Explorer, and the page (for example, tomorrow's will be
same link but last numbers 081501a.html). I go to FILE/SEND/PAGE BY E-MAIL
and send to list from there. Very easy.
Read bottom part of yr email. I did the same thing, and it was hard enough
to figure out in English!..;-) Honestly, I have asked techsupport for help
in these initial stages. I am on day 2 so very new at it. Support has been
great.

For your information, I have changed the tamplate "Standard message to new
subscribers" from English language to Swedish and it looks like this now:
