After some experimenting (on DELETE1 message) a short check list: glad
if anybody can confirm (probably my statements are just a rewording
of the List Owner Manual).
 
1) .CC OFF may be followed (with correct results) by one or more .CC
real-address.
 
2) .CC OWNERS (in analogy with .RE OWNERS) is invalid (but it is the
default behaviour, for this message, when no .CC is added).
 
3) .RE OWNERS (or OWNER) has the effect of adding a Reply-to: pointing
to listname-Request; otherwise the message has no Reply-to field.
 
4) The form .RE real-address (in analogy with .CC) may not be used: the
resulting letter is invalid, and the user receives nothing.
