we (HEARN) have really no problem. in the last month(s) LISTSERV was
stopped several times (for updating) but this took in total only a few hours.
it seems that the procedure for computing these downtimes isn't working
very good.
as seen from my accounting downtimes LISTSERV at HEARN was down 4.5 % (and
i'm missing 1.5 days of accounting-records).
