Myself, I'd like to start a Doctor Who list.
 
              I realize there's rec.arts.drwho . Problem: There are
          those who can't get newsfeeds, like myself. Perhaps
          rec.arts.drwho could be re-distributed as an e-mail echo
          like alt.callahans is.
 
              Problem 2:The e-mail and such I get is on a PC LAN, not
          unix, vax, sun or any of their distinguished counterparts.
          Is there a brave soul out there who (a):has the time to
          moderate said Who list, and/or (b) has the disk space to do
          so?
 
              Pardon the ramblings of a neophyte to the wonderful
          world of listservs, but I think a Who list is viable. Please
          do write the list with your comments on this matter.
