I have made some improvements to LDBASE.COM (the VMS interface to the
LISTSERV database) and shipped it out to everyone who had AFD'd to it.
 
Improvements include:
 
        -- Support for command line selection of site to send request
                to. For example, to send requests to
                LISTSERV@BYUADMIN, use:
 
                @LDBASE BYUADMIN
 
                I plan on adding defaults in the near future, when I
                can stomach working with VMS for an extended period.
 
        -- Messages are a bit more informative now.
