I usually just ignore spams (my lists are either SEND= EDITOR or
SUBSCRIPTION= OPEN,CONFIRM so spams have never really affected any of my
lists), but the audacity of this spammer so outraged me that I decided to
call my local FBI office.  The FBI felt that this spammer's actions were
serious enough (possible wire fraud committed over state lines) that they
sent an agent to meet with me, take a statement, and get a copy of
"Hector's" little attempt at extortion.
