The mail is probably accumulating in the ~/spool directory.  I don't know for
sure but Google probably requires some kind of SMTP-AUTH which LISTSERV cannot
do.  You need to direct LISTSERV mail to a mail server which does not require
SMTP-AUTH.  This would probably be in your local network somewhere, not at
google.
