2 possibilities.

1.  You may have a mail size limitation and the above is too big so is trapped
and discarded by your mail system

Try a smaller 'bite':  GETPOST DEV-WRITING 1 44 80 88

If this returns a file, then you'll have to try bigger

until you determine where the limit is.

2.  Your mail system is blocking mail sent with RFC821 Return-path  MAIL FROM:<>

You should receive 2 separate responses.  If you receive only the response to
INFO DEV-WRITING then probably MAIL FROM:<> is being blocked.
