I am the Webmaster of our church's website (www.SDAtygerberg.org.za).  We
want to start a Cyber Church and thought that a good way to initiate this,
would be to let people communicate via a Mailing / Discussion List.
Because our funds are extremely limited, it would be much appreciated if
