The vast majority of the bounces I receive are from either a userid that
no longer exists or a VAX account that has exceeded its quota.  In fact
the later is more of a pest in the long run than Mr. Nuthall.
 
While we are at it, the most irritating activity to me are those messages
that come at you for days on end informing you that certain mail could not
be delivered to [log in to unmask] but attempts will continue for next nn
days!
