Unfortunately it's not as simple as that. There are about 100 posts from
January & February that appear in the March archive for example. It looks
like we will have to manually remove them, without knowing how they got
there!

The most likely explanation is that the sender or the sender's ISP
re-sent the message. Check the LSTSRV-L and/or LSTOWN-L archives for
recent threads regarding duplicate postings.
