I forgot to describe the changes to LSVIUCV:
 
- SCIF, CP/VMCONIO messages et al. is  now discarded by LSVIUCV. SCIF messages
  used to be a lot of trouble for secondary users when running LDBASE. I guess
  I was  the only one affected  :-), but it was  quite a pain to  keep getting
  "Unknown command -- RSCS" while in LDBASE :-)
 
- LSVIUCV now  checks that it  has been  INIT-ed before accepting  WAIT calls,
  which avoids getting you  into a hangup if there is a  REXX error in LSVSTOP
  after the NUCXDROP LSVIUCV. LISTSERV will now cleanly logoff in this case.
 
New sources have been sent to the OCO=NO sites
