O.K. folks,  I don't request assistance very often but I am stumped on
this.
 
I was under the impression that the DEFAULT-OPTIONS= REPRO when set in
the header record of a list will automatically set subscribers to
REPRO= YES.  When a subscriber sends a note they will automatically
receive a copy of that note and not have to do the SET command.
 
Now, if this is correct why does it NOT WORK when the option is put in
the header but seems to work when the option is NOT put in the header
of a list.
 
I certainly hope I am making myself clear. Thanks for any help you can
give me.  I asked my Tech Support person but he wasn't much help.
So I am turning to the experts.
