Sorry, should have thought to pop it in first time:

Subscription= By_Owner,Confirm
Default-options= Noack,Repro
Confidential= No
Validate= No
Attachments= All
Reply-to= Sender,Ignore
Review= Private
Send= Private
Errors-To= Owner
Notebook= Yes,d:\list-logs\AS-MANAGERS,Monthly,Public

Owner= xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Owner= xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I suspect the message is coming from MS Outlook and I believe that we
run an Exchange server here. I've just tested it from my webmail account
and I'll move onto Thunderbird next but nothing appears to be stripped
from my messages on my own list.

It would really be helpful to see the entire list header (feel free to
obfuscate list owner addresses).  Also, by any chance are the messages
being stripped coming from Outlook or Exchange?
