I am looking for a no-fee sponser/host for my new mailing list I am
intending  to create.  However,  I don't go thro these newsgroups
regularly which makes it difficult for me to get your responses.

List description:
An open list,  in which poeple can send subscribe/unsubscribe commands
to it.  The list is meant to be a debate point for all those who are
opressed by the government of Bahrain.  It is needed to expose people
opinions on what going on in this country.  It should also be used by
those who want to know what's going on in Bahrain and participate in
the debate.
Both Moderation and address authentication are optional as they might
be needed at a later stage.

Subscribers:
Everybody who is not intending to use the list for non-commercial
issues.

Number of subscribers:
For a start it will be around 20 and then it should get bigger as time
goes on.
