... and my question is, what is this all about?  I would like to know
why this is being discussed at all?  Is there a problem somewhere?  If so,
what is it?  I would be VERY MUCH against any changes from the current
situation.  Things are bad enough with some restrictions already imposed,
and restricting netwide deletes, additionally, does not make sense to me.
I am sure that I am not the only one who would like to be enlightened!
 
I feel quite confident that most LISTSERV managers will feel the same way.
