Hi

I have setup a private list with the subscription: owner setting. When a
user tries to subscribe a message goes to the owner which they can forward
onto listserv to add the user. When the owner gets a successful add message
back it says that no notification was sent to the user. I though this was
only the case when a "Quiet" add was done. Even when I try and add a person
via the web interface and have the "Send Welcome message" checked it still
says no notification was sent. How do I get the wlcome file and initial
joining message sent to the new subscriber? Could I have made a mistake in
my initial list creation parameter?
