Is there a quick and easy way to send a piece of mail to all the list owners
at my site?  I have something specific to say to just the owners and wanted
to avoid writing an exec to extract the "Owner" tag from each list.  My
guess is this is exactly what I'll have to do and then send the thing as
a CJLI job.  Any pointers would be appreciated.
