I had mentioned that the local lists at [log in to unmask] were
no longer visible with the simple LIST command, and some kind soul
had told me that this was a feature..

Now at TREARN we have lots of local lists; but since we would like
Turks from everywhere in the world, we hardly ever used Service=Turkey
keyword for example. Otherwise, we get complaints from users in UK, USA,
etc, who are Turkish but happen to be abroad :)

So now, none of those are visible. In order to trick Listserv, I tried
Service=* in the list header, but did not help :)  Is there a parameter
to specify to get the full list-of-lists when LIST command is issued?
