LISTFEAT and LISTNEWS MEMO will no longer  be supported by 1.5m. The former is
a comparison of a  very old release of LISTSERV with  BITNIC's, and has become
completely irrelevant  nowadays, and the  latter is  so much outdated  that it
sounds ridiculous (who is interested in the 1.5b to 1.5d news? :-) ). The 1.5m
migration exec will  erase them to make  room on the disk, and  they have been
removed from INFO  FILELIST et al. But  don't worry, they will be  sent to the
postmaster's reader before,  and I have kept  a copy of them for  those of you
who like collecting 1403 belts, S/360 IPL buttons and suchlike :-) I wanted to
zap LISTLINK MEMO too, but decided that  some people might still be linking to
BITNIC LISTSERVs and it would be better to keep it for a while. I have updated
it to  remove recommendations  which have become  completely obsolete.  I will
remove it completely when I write the list owner's guide.
