When I try to PUT a RECFM=V file, it seems that LISTSERV strips
trailing blanks from each record.  Is this what its supposed to
do?  Is there a supported way to disable the feature?
 
In the file I have been trying to get loaded correctly onto
LISTSERV, the trailing blanks are very significant binary data,
so stripping them off is not all that desirable.
