I would add:

1) make sure you let the recipients how it is that they are receiving
your message e.g., they ARE a list-owner hosted at your site (I've
encountered situation where folks did not know they were a list-owner
(secondary, no NOTIFY=, etc).

2) make sure they know NOT to REPLY back to the list (in case they
accidentally try to and appropriate security is not in force)

3) let them know who they can e-mail IF they have questions or concerns
including not wanting to be a list-owner.
