Re: duplicate listserv shipment

I loaded up one of the pieces and it was the same. The LISTINST MEMO
we received earlier today was also the same. I think the shipment is
coming to BITNIC from IBCSATA (?). Could someone maybe check this out,
preferably in Europe where the redistribution clearly began.
