You shouldn't  do a REFRESH LISTS  unless you are hosting  the LISTS database.
This results in an  internal error because I forgot to  test that the database
is  actually  installed when  you  try  to refresh  it  (after  all, only  the
postmaster can issue the command). I'll fix this in the next version to come.
