Unfortunately this is not the correct URL.  This is the Old (pre-SP1) kit.
the correct url for the post-SP1 kit is:
 
 ftp://ftp.lsoft.com/LSMTP/windows/lsmtp-install.exe
 
(this kit is also fine for all W2003/pre-SP1, Win2000, etc. OS as well)
