I am a new Listserv maintainer, and I would like to utilize the LCMDX
utility on a Windows NT/2000 platform.  I am having problems compiling the
source code using MS VC++.  I have a somewhat limited background in
programming, especailly using sockets, but I DID make the header files
changes and few function call changes as stated in the Developer's Manual.
Where can I get ready-to compile Windows source code for LCMDX.
