We have recently switched from Listproc to Listserv and are looking for ways to migrate our existing lists
from Listproc to Listserv.  The Site Manager's Operations Manual only touches upon how this might be
done.

7.15.2. Migrating lists from non-LISTSERV sites
"It is probably possible to write a script or batch file for the purpose of converting one format to the other,
it is outside the scope of this manual to describe this process."

Has anyone done this?  Or can someone give me some insight into this endeavor?  I don't want to
re-invent the wheel here so I'm hoping that someone has already sweated out the procedure and wants to
be my new best friend.
