The supported way to get around this is to create a super-list with
the lists you will be cross-posting to as its sub-lists.  All the
Spam-Delay() parameter is for is to tune the spam quarantine setting.
It won't turn off the anti-spam filter.  (Loopcheck= NoSpam is really
what you're looking for but the super-list feature is really better
since you don't have to change all the list headers that way).
