Same here. For costs to have L-Soft provide emergency support or even  
to find out if that service is offered, L-Soft should be consulted  
directly.

What I do here is simply to make sure one colleague knows the basics  
of Listserv administration. Details about installing the software and  
configuring it can be figured out by reading L-Soft's documentation.
