I would think that that email address has an alias set up on its server side that references your email account.  Ask your administrator.

How do I change the name associated with the Site Administrator's e-mail
address (ID).

Example: we use [log in to unmask] e-mail address as the site
administrator ID - My name is associated with the address some how and I
wish to change it.  (I assume this works like subscribers and changing their
names?)  I have already verified that my name is not a "display name"
associated with our e-mail system (MS Exchange).
