To the list:

I am currently searching for someone who would be willing to host a small
volume mailing list. The topic of this list is lost objects in a small
Atlanta neighborhood.  I would imagine that their will be a maximum of 20
incoming emails a week and two outgoing emails to under 50 people.

The reason I want to use a mailing list versus sending the emails with my
email client is that I want to compile all of the incoming emails into one
and send it out.  Thus the digest mode that mailing lists offer is very
attractive.
