There was a BNZR  10 instead of BNZR 11 in LSVIUCV which  could cause a loop
during LISTSERV  initialization if no  WAKEPARM FILE was present.  The updated
source file (LSVIUCV ASM15J) is on its way to the :OCO.No sites, and all other
sites will  receive a FIX15J1 SHIPMENT  with the new module.  Sites with local
mods should  update the  section of  code starting at  label "LOADWAKE"  up to
label "FINIS" with  code from the new  source files. I doubt  local mods would
have been installed in this section of the program.
