BITNIC coordinating arpa digest redistributions

Are you sure BITNIC has the staff capacity and money to do this?  I still
have many things "in the queue" to BITNIC (INFO) to which I have not yet
received replies.  Will this be slowing down other BITNIC functions which
are more important?  There are hundreds of arpa digests; even finding
8 character names for them would be a time consuming task.
